The player has chosen to leave TDR rather then defend his character by notification to staff, hence the death is upheld.

I'm not sure if this technically falls under my jurisdiction, since it's not really a live fight that needs to be judged, but I have reviewed the evidence provided and officially agree that Tanthis has forfeited his right to defend himself and should therefor be considered dead on TDR.

As a ma jor player in the thread and one he blatently ignored, as well as being a Glo Mod, I agree with the Justicar.
