Weapons

Weapon 1: Rune Staff.

Weapon 2: Steel short sword.

Weapon 3: (x2) Viper Throwing knives. Usually strapped to her right thigh, these bvlade cause dizziness to those which the blade happens to pierces skin or flesh. Does not work if the person has a Disease Resistant score of 68 or Higher. Dizziness usually lasts for 120 sec once the blade is removed.

Fireball

A basic fire spell which allows the caster to conjure a ball wreathed in flames. The caster then can launch this ball of fire at the intended target. (Light Damage.)

Flames of fury

An intermediate fire spell which allows the casters body to become covered in flames. If the caster is holding someone they will take light damage every turn the target is held, and if the caster is the one being held by the target, then the target shall continue to take fire damage until such a time as he lets go of the caster or finds a way to put out the flames. (Light Damage.)


Fiery Dart

Allows the caster to conjure a flame arrow hot enough to melt steel, this spell is launched at a target. (Moderate Damage.)

Wind Wall

A wall of wind which can deflect  light weight projectiles (Arrows), creatures (Useful against swarms on insects and such.), and of course gasses.

Pyrotechnics

Allows the caster in this case Velara to turn nearby fire into blinding light or choking smoke.

Shocking grasp

A simple thunder spell which allows the caster to shock anything he or she happens to touch or grabs. The effect of this attack will end as soon as the victim is freed from his or her grip. However the spell at level one may only last for a brief amount of time. (Light damage.)


Cone of Cold

A simple frost spell, which permits the caster to create a cone of cold air, this cone can be used to freeze water. As well as decrease the temperature within a room and decrease the body temperature of the target slowly.

Ray of frost

Launches a ray of freezing air and ice projects from Velara?s finger tips. The target must be within range to deal damage to a target (Moderate, 20 feet.)

Hallucinatory Terrain

Makes one type of terrain appear like another (field into forest, etc.). this spell will not effect the caster.

Phantasmal Killer

Creates a deadly illusion, which seeks out a target, and strives to terminate it. The form of the beast depends solely upon the spell caster which summoned the monstrosity. In Velara?s case, the Phantasmal killer will take the form of a Cerberus.(Damage will vary.)

Evard's Black Tentacles

Summons three tentacles which grapple anything they touch within 15 ft radius. (Of each tentacle.) the tentacles are that of an octopuses, and can lift up to sic hundred pounds. Once the target is grappled, the tentacles will then begin top slam the target on the floor, ceiling, and walls while squeezing the target. (Moderate damage, at level one the caster can summon up to three of them, but with each level increase the amount which can be summoned by three. This spell maximum level is four)
