First off, happy holidays and happy new year thread dwellers; I'm finally back to full activity and not just checking forums. :/

 My brother has been home from armed service for a couple weeks, and he flew out yesterday. I won't see him until the year after this coming one, so I'm sure you'll understand my absence. It's kinda funny how much you'll find you care about someone you spend most of your time picking on or fighting with. But I'll see him again.

I had to participate in a wedding, attend a bachelor party(If you could even call it that.) You know... All that fun stuff, over the course of those few weeks my brother was in. So... I've been going a little nuts on sleep depravation. But I'm all rested up now and ready to get back to rapid RP and posting. You'll see activity from me whenever I get the IC oppurtunity to participate.

They said I was plagerising, but I wasn't, being my artwork is shit that I drew myself, and my characters are my own and have been for years. I'm still way pissed... it is bullshit that should of never happened. Being an artist, this could have caused me my career. This was way shitty.

And on two cases only moments after the other with both of your characters here. Google your name, actually I did, and your email came up on her myspace AND on her Horsecity page not to mention all the other little details that were added all over the profile she had here and other places. Yes, google your name and pictures come up, but when you also google shit that also comes up under her name-- it leaves question as to whom we are talking to.

Perhaps you should be talking to your service provider who lets you share ip's and servers with another person who likes to rip shit off. You know, I understand where you are coming from, but the hostility in your post leaves much to be desired. Yes, it could have caused you your career, but it could have cost us legal action not to mention other issues with our server should a copyright violation be reported.

Perhaps you should be chewing out your providers and not people who try and protect the rights of others by shutting people like Victoria Cox out of it. This post actually quite pissed me off, we let you back in here by face value. It may have been a pain in the ass for you, but I guarantee you this, it was triple the pain in the ass to me. I have worked for 5 years on this forum, I have standards I WILL maintain regardless of who it pisses off, especially when the ip's are enough evidence for anyone to remove membership without question. The way I see it and knowing what happened because I actually read the portal page. No RL names were mentioned other than Victoria Cox and Dyna Armenta so I can hardly see how this would ruin someones career? Drama queen much?
Next if I was running a forum and saw this happening I would also ban all the ips and make the accounts inactive. It is not the staffs job to contact you, it is your responsibility to contact them and ask what the problem is without flying off the handle like this person has.
I may not know the staff here personally but I was a member long before you and seen how much work has been put into this place. It concerns me that you are more worried about yourself than the people who provide this forum for us to use or the people who use it.
You have come across self absorbed and conceited, I say this because your own words show it. It would have been better that you posted in here saying there had been a misunderstanding and things were being fixed, rather than tossing about how pissed off you are and pretty well accusing the staff here for making up shit to ban you.
I find it very queer that you posted here today with the same ips yet again with the person who caused this drama and see lives quite a long way from you.
What are the chances that she has the same ips as you not once but many times? To be honest I do not believe you but I am also not staff here.

But when it comes down to it, I am not the one who stole anything, and explaining AND apologizing to my group of rpers shouldn't be an issue. If anyone has the right to be angry it's Kain because I fucking went off on him (sorry, btw... you were caught in the crossfire, I was an angry female asian New Yorker, lucky you didn't lose a limb). But I could have been messaged at any time for a "reference picture" and I would have sent it.

As for IP address... I use my cell phone. I always have. I do not have a home computer I use, it is all via cell phone.

I never had a justadarkstar@yahoo.com email address. It's zoycite_the_darkstar@yahoo.com (but don't email it, cause I never log onto yahoo mail).

Again, I believe this should of been handled differently. If you knew what she looked like or whatever, and all I had to send in a picture (as well as I mentioned my DA page which has pictures of me on it and other sites as well), you could have asked. I talked to Kain a lot on YIM, I never changed who I was nor my name. (Although her first name is also Victoria, but my last name is so much more regal then Cox... OH and horses frighten me)

As for my previous post, I was explaining to my group what happened. Kalamos was banned previously and this is more then likely the cause, I do not know about V and Thorlan was okay. It wasn't fair to them either. Even if what was said was true, they shouldn't be punished because I am a douchebag.

Sorry if the post upset any of you, but put yourself in my shoes. If someone accused you of stealing your character you'd be pissed.

Your only mention was your characters names not your actual name. -blinks- Your characters were only mentioned because of the ips and the host names that match up with hers. I do not care what you use, cell phone or computer. I use a cell phone aka wireless through my cell phone company to hook up my laptop. Cell phone does not answer how your ip's match, not once, now not even 8 times because with the ip you posted with today her name came up yet again with 4 posts and I will ban any ip's her name comes under. Ip's are enough to stand up in any court of law in regards to this nature.

Again that is not our issue if your ip's happen to match... it is whoever provides your cell phone's internet that you should query because I will ban any account her name show up in. They obviously are sharing ip's and similar details and that can be dangerous by any means.

Yes I know what she looks like, but how are we supposed to know that any images you have wherever weren't ripped off from someone else as well, it happened to me just luckily I know what I look like a long with half of the people on myspace and across many other forums. -rolls eyes- It is not my job to chase your id's all over the internet because I went by ip's, hosts and servers not to mention emails that had your name or matched under your accounts.

You may have thought this should have been handled differently, but look here some of us also have lives and some times do not have the time to chase everyone's ass all over the place online, I am sure you can agree. I banned the ip's, deactivated the accounts and posted the evidence going by emails on the portal page.  It was as simple as that. You were not mentioned by name, just by character references.

Kalamos was not banned his account was deactivated because he told Scott a different name to the person who runs the Venomous Kiss account as Kierra. Had nothing to do with you so get your knickers out of the twist they are in and lets get on with life and whatever happens here. His account pends questions asked by Scott because we do not want anyone associated with this person on this forum because they all have the tendencies to lie and twist truths.

Who else was punished? -blinks- Kalamos's accounts were deactivated because of association to the person playing Venomous Kiss. Again nothing to do with you. He has not contacted me nor to my knowledge got back to Scott. with questions he has asked him.  

You were not accused of plagiarism, Victoria COX was.

There is hardly any explanation here to your role-players other than assumptions received by someone else or crossing of informations. An explanation would have been stating that your identity was mistaken, you were accused of things done by someone else and you were ready to get back to the SL's and posts you barely provided any information other than a loss of temper. I actually did have my identity online stolen by this person not to mention my character and quite a lot of my writing. So I understand more than what you may or may not think.  I am not angry at you, more the situation. I posted in another thread what had happened, why the confusion... the truth of it without assumptions.

I am over this, continue with it as you wish because these accusations were not thrown at you as a REAL LIFE person... you just had the misfortune of matching ip's and your own identity ripped off as well. For that I am also sorry because I know more than anyone the hassle and annoyance it can bring.

I did issue you with your first warning Chandra, as I will with anyone else who speaks in regards to this in ways I do not desire or appreciate. This is the type of drama that always gets blown up and results in more warnings and bans than what I care to give out.  The situation happened yesterday, today is a new day, so why carry on with it? That makes no sense to me, past is past, now lets move on from it.

I was getting worried having not seen you online in awhile buddy. I guess you weren't off your feet for too long? Hope you're doing well and that you have good work.

 I appreciate our management's timely response to my questions. Being in the dark so long... Not fun. And while I'm sure Star could've handled the anger in a better way, I can't really see other people dealing with the situation differently; After all, how else would management handle a situation like this, and how else could we expect someone to react when their account is suddenly deactivated without warning. I don't know how strong communication was between you guys and Star, and I can't object to it because if Venomous really was Star, than a lack of communication might be warranted.

So yeah... Can't wait for this situation to get solved. I hope I was helpful to you guys and if you have more questions. You have my yahoo SN and need only leave an offline message.

Needed a break from the sitting position@Scott). No, I now things such as this are not fun, and perhaps I should have contacted you both, then again I did not know if your accounts had been plished or what. I prefer to catch people online which is unfortunate because I have neither you or Star on my YIM. Atra.Lamia. The situation could have been better for all concerned. I am not so full of myself that I cannot admit to an err on my part, nor is my pride so shall I cannot eat a slice of humble pie once every so often.

Had it been perhaps anyone else involved, the situation would not have been so volitile, that I can assure you because like all the above people, they received warnings. However on the occassions of hack threats, copyright and false identity we acted in the manner of our protocol, the way it has been since this forum was created in 2005. I have banned some of my best and closest friends online, I hold no favourites and usually remain pretty impartail to all situations. We went by the evidence we had in front of us at the time. Fair enough we should have asked you, but then as stated by someone above, we do not know you, just as much as you do not know us. A lack of communication, by all concerned.

But... on a better note. It is good to see you both back and role-playing. At the end of the day, that is the most important factor because I really get bummed out when I see OOC incidents destroy the role-play. Thank you for your patience, both you and Star in this unfortunate chain of events. Scott now has more of your details, should anything happen in the future (which I doubt) at least he was a way in which to contact you.

Sorry I haven't made a post in a bit, or answered your texts, Kal. I have been sick, still... and in the midst of everything, I found out I am pregnant. I have been busy freaking out and all that sudden stuff... and trying to quit smoking has been so hell for me. I'm really at a loss what to do while being pregnant, what I can and can't do, what I should or shouldn't eat, all that stuff. And I am trying to get my health insurance in order but my ex won't contact me cause of his new girlfriend. Bleh.
