"I see." He tried repositioning himself on the saddle so that he would be able to ride easier. Asd they continued, he found himself bouncing less, and feeling alot better. "Hmm.. you were right, about that technique. But i must say, when it comes to to much skin, I must object. On a day like this pale skin could use a tanning." He blushed lightly and continued to ride. "As for side saddle, I can barely ride like this, I doubt I'd last side saddle."

"Im not offended Sharla. I knew you were joking." He continued to ride following the path the horses took them on. Waiting to see where they were leading them to. He hadnt been to this area before. For the most part he had stayed in the village and gone to the pond to fish. He waited for the horses to stop, still watching Sharla as she rode.

As they continued to ride he started so somewhat enjoy himself. He didnt know what was so great about it out here. He had seen forests and such back in his own world, it was never very appealing. He figured it was her that made this journey more tolerable. There was still something about her that made his life seem to turn around a little bit. Not alot but at least some.

As he rode, he looked around the forest watching for anything that might pop out. Even while enjoying himself he knew that Xion could pop out at any moment and start his regular arsenal of attacks with his shurikens and such. As he knew it would be harder to defend himself on horseback. He could barely keep himself up on the saddle now.

He turned back to watch the trail, just as he saw a dove of light form on Sharla's hand. As it flew away, he watched curiously wondering what kind of power she really had. Surely that couldnt have been a healers spell. Seemed more like something a mage would do. He continued to watch as it flew away into the forest following the trail, when Sharla's voice broke the silence of the forest.

"Seems nice. I've never really taken the time to notice anything. Of course now, I have plenty to watch out for all around me." His cheeks reddened a bit as he continued on.

She smilled and nodded "one should take time to know and love ther saroundings in witch they emerse their life.. though i have not been to twilight  the place i grew up as a child i still could find my way though it blindfolded" After a ew moments the dove came back diving into her chest disaprearing with sparks of light she rubbed her chest and chuckled "eager to return home i see... well.. hmmm interesting... she then turned to Cirden trails clear as the dove flys but there was blood along the trail half a mile ahead it could be an injured animal i cant say so if you would like to turn back we can.."

He watched as the dove came back down the trail, and disappeared into her chest with the flash of a few lights. It amazed him even more for some reason. He knew that that wasnt a healer's trick, peraps it was some mystic power that she had. "Its alright, I'm used to seeing blood, afterall, in my own world, I was a jealous killer. I think we should continue with the trail, perhaps if we find the injured creature, you could apply your healing touch."

" Depends on how you feel about it. I'm not sure what I would do about it." He continued to follow watching closely. Kepping his eyes on his surroundings as well. Making sure that there wasnt anything coming that shouldn't be. As he turned back to Sharla he looked on curiously as she rode. He wondered what she had planned for the rest of the afternoon. "If you want to continue then we should, if not, we can turn around, you lead the way."

"Alright then. fair deal" He watched as she dismounted, and got him turned around, then got back into the saddle of her own horse. As they continued to ride back, he watched closely around them still, wondering what might have been going oon in the other direction, but at the same time, wondering what was going on in the village. He couldnt help but notice so much in this area was going on, and yet there was nothing he could do about it.

He watched closely areound the woods as she hummed, continually making sure that nothing was going to happen around them. He hadnt ever cared to pay attentionto the happy things in life, but he knew how to watch himself to keep from getting wounded or killed. As he turned his head back forward, he saw her turn and utter those words. What was on his mind. He didnt know for sure. He stared for a moment in silence. Then he tried to thinjk of what to say.

"Whas on my mind? Well plenty of stuff. Alot to complex to even talk about. But I am thinking about you, and what has been happening since last night. I have never experienced anything like this. I am normally a sheltered man. I never payed attention to details of happiness..I've always kept to taking care of myself. Only noticing enough in the wild to keep myself alive. Im not sure what has happened since last night. But I'm startin to like it a little."

she smilled at him "I am glad i hope you continue to enjoy it for i am enjoying myself..." there was a growl as a rabid wolf jumped out and snapped at her horses flanks the horse rearing sharl slipping from the saddle coming up at eye level with the beast going very still her hand lingering over her hip where her dagger would be under the dress but she hesitated to move knowing it might strike if she did and might strike if seh didnt her horse ran off and the wolf though rabid knew an easy meal when it saw one so it ditn chase the bigger prey down for moment the two stared at one another not moving  till she finnaly went for her dagger and it went for her throat she yiped and used her arms to keep its jaws just above her throat trembling as she fought with its weight on her arms "Cirden get him off me just dont kill him hes sick" she said as she strugled

He quickkly muttered a spell immobilizing the beast. As it slowly layed itself down and relaxed he stood up quickly looking at the wolf, then to her, then back at the wolf. "Be thanksful to her beast. If she hadnt stopped me, you would have taken an arrow in the heart." He then knealt down and checked her. "Are you ok sharla? I know it came close to you. It is lucky I didnt kill it. jealousy is my downfall, and Taking away someone I have feelings for might strike that nerve."
