Radu has been elevated to the status of God ( and has those that worship him, making it legal )...No powers can be used within the Weeping Reaper Tavern, as posted by Kain, all of which are void and nullified. Therefore, the auto is disregarded. The kill, if any, goes to myself or Ladislas, the two that have been ordered to carry out the execution.
While the scene has created confusion, there are several points to be considered in regards to the validity of all actions.
1. Firstly, as yet Radu has not reached the acclamation of godly status, the request is still up for discussion.
2. The use of powers mention by Radu, does not exist. In fact Napalu's entrance is no different from where Sycorax fell through the roof and 'swallowed' the NPC below, excepting of course that Tanthis is an actual player character. So the warding placed upon the tavern to restrict the use of Powers is irrelevant.
3. On careful consideration since Tanthis has been absent and thus by his lack of response has been creating difficulties in the continuous flow of this storyline, the following suggestion is made:
Since Radu made the first attack and considering that the Wamphyric speed is known IC to be phenomenal to the point that when utilised extends to being near impossible to see to the naked eye by a mortal, that his hit would thereby have connected first with the subsequent damage given. Napalu's free-falling incident, being designated as having massive velocity, striking Tanthis AFTER the killing blow had been made.
Seeing as how both actions, without Tanthis being present are effectively autoâs has been considered, but attempts have been made to contact Tanthis's player without success... For now, the result should be let stand until the player returns and disputes said claim of character death.
While not the perfect solution, it acknowledges the inherent natural speed of the Wamphyri and the 'accidental' nature of Napalu's strike, whilst allowing others in the role-play to continue role-playing, which if noticed seems to have paused while others await to see how this functions. Had Tanthis not already been in a conflictive situation where the likely demise of his character stood a high chance of occurring and had he not simply vanished out of the scene on the assessment that his character was in trouble by the simple appearance of others in the scene, the auto / forced kill of by Radu would not have been permitted. Should the actions of Napalu been upon any other character present, they too would have been voided.
Until Tanthis returns and asserts his claim for his characters life the character shall be considered dead... so on that note, the scene continues.
